Who is responsible

Flark is a service of DOTRICKS SUPERPOWERS, S.L. (NIF B01656800), Calle Lope de Rueda 10, 7ºA, 28009 Madrid, Spain, the data controller. Contact for privacy matters: jorge@meetzy.io.

What we collect

When you book a call: your name and email, and anything else you choose to add in the booking form, such as your company or monthly spend. If you use the cost calculator, the figures you enter there (your stack, monthly spend and minutes, or expected calls and call length) are sent with your booking; they are kept in your browser only for this visit until you book. We also record which page version you visited, the campaign link that brought you there, and basic page events (page viewed, buttons clicked, calculator used, booking started or completed), linked to a random identifier rather than to your name unless you book. We do not ask for credentials, API keys, call recordings or your clients’ data.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and arrange the introduction you asked for (steps prior to a possible contract, taken at your request when you book), and to understand which messages work best (our legitimate interest in improving our service, using only page and campaign data). We do not send you marketing unless you ask for it separately.

Who processes it for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Booking details and the figures you share with them: up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires longer. Page and campaign events: up to 12 months. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the contact above. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
